Diane Steele

Diane has a unique perspective about her passion for watercolor media.  With a master’s background in environmental science and geology and hobbies embracing the
arts from photography, to painting, to model railroading, to landscape gardening no creative stone was been left unturned in her desire to challenge herself and share with the world.  For more than 35 years Diane has been a floral designer crafting fragrant bouquets of seasonal heirloom roses, rare iris, and It's-all-about-the-shoes-1fresh-picked lilies-of-the-valley from her perennial gardens.  Sketches and quick paintings 
often accompany her proposals.  She still accepts a limited number of weddings each year by referral because she loves doing the work.

 As an accomplished watercolor artist, Diane sometimes creates paintings representing the brides bouquet. “Summer Wedding is an example.  Diane has now expanded her endeavors by teaching basic watercolor to novices. The most loved of the subjects are featured on this site for sale.  She has shown and sold her work throughout the Northeast, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and won numerous awards.  Her blog allows the visitor into the artist’s world and the joy involved in each new creation.
